HUMAN RIGHTS CAMPAIGN (HRC) Corporate Equality Index – Unilever scored a perfect 100 in both 2009 and 2010 in this ranking of workplace equality.

FORTUNE “100 Most Desirable MBA Employers” – For the past three years, Unilever has been named among the most desirable employers according to a survey of MBA students from leading universities.

FAST COMPANY “World’s 50 Most Innovative Companies” – Fast Company magazine recognized Unilever as the world’s fourth most innovative company in Advertising & Marketing.

NATIONAL BUSINESS GROUP ON HEALTH “Best Employers for a Healthy Lifestyle Award” – Unilever was awarded "Gold" status in 2010 as an organization that applies creative and comprehensive solutions to improving the health of its employees. Unilever was awarded "Silver" status in 2009.

CLIMATE COUNTS Scorecard - Unilever achieved the seal of “best Climate Counts choice” in Climate Counts’ annual ranking of companies and climate change for the past three years.

DOW JONES SUSTAINABILITY INDEX (DJSI) – Unilever has been named sustainability leader in the Food & Beverage sector for the 11th consecutive year. 

TOMORROW’S VALUE RATING - Unilever has topped the Tomorrow’s Value Rating which assesses the sustainability of the world’s largest Food & Beverage companies. Thomas Krick, global manager of the Tomorrow’s Value Rating, said: “Unilever tops the food and beverage sector with a comprehensive sustainability strategy underpinned by solid management systems.”

FORBES & CORPORATE KNIGHTS “Most Sustainable Corporations in the World” -  Unilever was ranked as the seventh most sustainable company in the world by Corporate Knights and its partners in the Global Responsible Investment Network. Unilever has been recognized on this list since its inception in 2005.

BLOOMBERG BUSINESSWEEK’S Best Companies for Leadership - Unilever was recognized on the Bloomberg BusinessWeek Best Companies for Leadership list as a top 20 company for leadership/development practices.

Jackie Robinson Foundation ROBIE Achievement in Industry Award – Unilever CEO Paul Polman is the 2010 recipient of the Jackie Robinson Foundation ‘ROBIE’ Achievement in Industry award. The commendation is of great significance in the U.S., recognizing leadership in diversity and community service in the U.S. and around the world.

SUPERMARKET NEWS “Power 50”Michael B. Polk, Unilever President, Global Foods, Home and Personal Care was honored for the fourth consecutive year on this list of influential leaders in the food industry.
