Our recruitment process for our 2012 full-time graduate hires takes place from September through December, 2011.

Who we consider

For undergraduates and graduate students, we look for Seniors or 2nd year students who will be graduating on or about May 2012. Please see our job posting at your school for more specific requirements.

Process

Interested students should 1) apply at their school via Career Services, and 2) build their profile on the Unilever website and apply to the appropriate position listed. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements are selected to participate in a first round interview either on campus or via phone. Candidates selected for second round interviews will participate in interviews at our corporate headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, NJ from October through December 2011.
